Moscow Art Theatre School USA, Inc. is a
Massachusetts-based nonprofit corporation established on October 17,
2003.

The
corporation is organized and shall at all times be operated exclusively
for charitable, educational, and literary purposes as specified in
Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended,
including, but only for such purposes, to preserve and maintain the
theatre and the arts in the countries of the former Soviet Union; to
develop and strengthen the relationship between the United States of
America and the countries of the former Soviet Union in the theatre and
the arts; to promote and support in the United States of America the
educational and cultural activities of the Moscow Art Theatre School by
establishing, developing, and maintaining cultural, educational, and
professional training programs; and to receive and administer funds and
to make contributions of such funds to organizations which seek to
promote, and to preserve and maintain, the theatre and the arts in the
countries of the former Soviet Union.
