Stanislavsky Summer School • July 12 - August 15, 2015

Moscow Art Theatre School teachers bring to America the best rich Russian theatre tradition has to offer – the spirit and knowledge that are essential for the art of acting.

This intensive training program is designed to introduce students to the basics of the famous Stanislavsky System the way it is taught in Russia today.

The school curriculum includes Acting Classes (Stanislavsky and Michael Chekhov), Scene Study (Chekhov, Gogol, Ostrovsky and contemporary Russian drama), Movement training, and weekly Theatre History seminar.

Classes meet six days a week, Monday through Saturday. The school is located at the heart of Harvard Square in Cambridge.  See program description, for more details about the curriculim.
